City of Brantford Business Parks

The City of Brantford boasts a wide array of available municipal and privately owned industrial lands, design build opportunities, and a large inventory of existing buildings. Specifically, the City supports two Industrial Areas within its boundaries; Braneida Industrial Park is located on the east side of the City while the Northwest Business Park is located on the west side. Currently, there are municipal lands availbale for sale in both Business Parks. The Braneida Phase 9 Business Park is located at the intersection of Garden Avenue and Henry Street on the East side of the City. The Northwest Business Park is located on the west side of the City at the intersection of Hwy. 403 and Oak Park Road.
